Generative AI can help real estate professionals work faster, improve marketing, communicate more efficiently and better serve consumers.

The Real Estate AI Safety, Cybersecurity & Fraud Prevention Certificate teaches real estate professionals how to use generative AI responsibly while protecting clients, transactions, businesses, reputations and personal safety.

This practical program connects generative AI, cybersecurity, fraud prevention and professional responsibility with the NAR Code of Ethics, NAR’s strategic priorities and the REALTOR® Safety Program.

The real estate professional using the technology remains responsible for the information shared, the recommendations made and the actions taken.
